Privacy policy
This website is informational. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and it does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and coarse device/location categories. It does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal identifiers, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.
- Server logs. The site is served by GitHub Pages and its content delivery network, which may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver pages and protect the service, per GitHub's privacy statement.
- Email you send us. If you write to info@standardmodel.bio, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond and keep the correspondence for our records; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or place tracking pixels. Links to external sites (Hugging Face, GitHub, LinkedIn, our blog on Substack) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies once you leave standardmodel.bio.
Clinical and partner data
This policy covers only this website. Clinical or patient-level data processed in research or commercial engagements is governed by the applicable partnership agreements, data use agreements, and law (for example HIPAA and GDPR where they apply) — never by this website policy, and never collected through this site.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions about privacy at Standard Model Biomedicine can be sent to info@standardmodel.bio — please put "Privacy" in the subject line.
